Terms and Conditions

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all orders. The deposit is non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of our work, including personalised designs and the need to secure materials in advance. Orders are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received and
acknowledged by Bowen's Party Emporium. The remaining balance must be paid upon delivery or collection, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers must check all order details at the time of booking. Final confirmation will be sent upon receipt of the deposit. Any issues or concerns with your order must be reported on or before the time of collection or delivery. Once the order has been collected or delivered and signed off (where applicable), Bowen's Party Emporium is not liable for any damages, missing items, or dissatisfaction. Delivery is available on request and will be charged at a rate of £0.45 per mile (calculated from our business address to the delivery location and back). Delivery charges will be itemised clearly on your quotation and/or final invoice

Delivery times will be agreed in advance, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive
the order at the agreed time. Orders cancelled more than 7 days in advance will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit but may be transferred to a
new date, subject to availability. Changes to your order must be submitted at least 5 days before the event date. We cannot guarantee availability or
accommodate late changes. If collecting your order, please ensure you arrive at the agreed time. Late arrivals may impact availability and service.
Balloons and displays intended for outdoor use are subject to weather conditions. Bowen’s Party Emporium is not responsible for any weather-related
damage or deterioration once the order has left our premises or been delivered. Any hire items must be returned in the condition they were provided. A
replacement fee will apply for damaged, lost or unreturned items

By placing an order with Bowens Party Emporium you are accepting our terms & conditions which will also be sent to you upon receipt of your deposit.
